Position Title: HubSpot Marketing AnalystLocation: South America/MexicoTeam: MarketingIf you are a HubSpot expert and a flexible, self-starter with a passion for details, data, and organization, we might just be the perfect match. We are seeking a passionate HubSpot professional who will be responsible for managing the execution of our campaigns in collaboration with various departments.**Position Overview**:- Build HubSpot landing pages according to stakeholder design- Assist stakeholders with building list segmentation strategies that optimize results- Execute and analyze A/B testing- Analyze campaign performance and work with stakeholders to implement optimizations- Build custom HubSpot templates- Design, implementation, and optimization of HubSpot workflows that align with current and future goals- Troubleshoot and solve HubSpot technical issues- Identify at-risk tasks, process improvement, and strategies to mitigate potential risks.- Manage all HubSpot integrations along with stakeholder team- Consistently improve HubSpot user experience with workflows and processes- Train and support team members on HubSpot functionality- Other duties as assigned**Required Skills, Experience, and Education**:- Bachelor's in Business, Marketing, or a related field- HubSpot certifications- Expert-level HubSpot Administration and deployment experience?required- Salesforce experience is?required- Experience building trust and professionally communicating with members- Strong experience and comfort working with Microsoft suite and Google tools and products, specifically Excel and Google Sheets- Ability to remain up to date on current HubSpot features and best practices- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, HubL, and other applicable web systems/tools- API and data mapping experience- Detail-oriented, responsive, resourceful, and able to manage multiple projects at one time- Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment- Ability to work independently and remotely**Preferred qualifications**:- Excellent communication skills and a drive for team-focused success- Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-functioning, fast-paced environment- Strong MS Excel expertise
