All the services are available for our employees free of charge.**Your key responsibilities**We are looking for a data driven marketing analyst to support measurement across our brand and product categories. This role will be a key member of the marketing analytics team, leading and building our data hygiene process, supporting campaign measurement, and assist in mar tech platform development. You will leverage our marketing technology stack, QA data, develop dashboards, measure and optimize marketing investment, and communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.**Responsibilities**:- Own end-to-end marketing measurement data process (e.g. tracking implementation, data QA, reporting/optimization)- Assist in development of new analytics tools and approaches to enhance MSCI marketing analytics capabilities (e.g. diving into new dashboarding tools, new tagging solutions, etc.)- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, measure, and optimize marketing programs- Point of contact for ad hoc measurement requests related to activity monitoring- Provide consultation and actionable insights via performance reporting for stakeholders**Your skills and experience that will help you excel****Qualifications**:- Bachelors degree with min. 5 years-experience in marketing analytics within B2B or financial services sector (in-house or agency)- Understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (e.g. paid / earned / owned media, marketing attribution, digital tracking, UTMs, etc.)- Hands-on experience with one or more of the following platforms: Google Analytics, Google Search Ads 360, Salesforce, Pardot, Sprinklr, Power BI, LinkedIn Ads, DemandBase, quantitative / survey measurement approaches)- Thrives in a start-up environment that is fast-paced w/ quick pivots; agility and project ownership are key- Experience collaborating cross-functionally without causing “turf friction”About You- You’re a data explorer and love solving ambiguous problems with limited structure- You attack problems with an analytical lens and continuously ask “why”- You have a deep curiosity to learn new analytic tools/platforms and maximize their utility- You’re excited by the idea of being on the ground-floor of a new team and having a say in designing our processes**How we’ll support you**- Coaching, support and encouragement from experts in your team- Access to a wide range of learning opportunities to support your growth and development- Customizable learning journeys to help you navigate your professional development- Transparent performance-based compensation schemes- Employee Resource Groups: MSCI Pride & Allies, MSCI Black Leadership Network, MSCI Women’s Leadership Forum, MSCI Women in Tech, MSCI Asian Support Network, MSCI All Abilities, Hola MSCI and MSCI Climate Action Network.**About MSCI and our teams**MSCI is a leading provider of critical decision support tools and services for the global investment community.
