Supply requirements are moderated by the team to ensure that inventory positions are appropriate to meet the demand requirements relative to forecasted levels, inventory on order and in transit from regional distribution centers, product life-cycle, quality and special customer requirements and/or projects. The team cooperates with are Global Demand Planners, Buyers, Operations, Order Management, Logistics, Finance, Helpdesk and Customer Experience Management teams.The Supply Chain Planner II has a key role in the team. Together, we inspire one another, embrace continuous improvement, and make a meaningful impact**Responsibilities**:- Applies Zebra’s procedures to resolve issues and mitigate constraints impacting supply plan including capacity, transportation, and order-management errors- Monitor open purchase orders to ensure on time deliveries; partner with Order Management to resolve any admin/order error (s)- Escalate shortages within the broader supply chain organization and work to support resolution- Works closely with suppliers to ensure on time delivey based on customer priorities.- Plan and develop supply schedule to keep sufficient inventory positions to support material requirements of internal or external customers- Perform supply, demand change and revenue risk anlysis- Cross functional engagement to identify root cause, recovery plan and corrective actions to mitigate supply risk.- Develop and maintain strong working relationships and communications with key cross functional stakeholders to confirm production/shipping schedules- Perform ad-hoc analysis as needed- Participate in global and cross-functional projects as a representative of the supply chain function**Qualifications**: Required Qualifications**:- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Supply Chain, Finance or related field preferred)- 2-5 years of experience- Fluent level of English (written and verbal) as well as local language as applicable- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel**Preferred Qualifications**:- International Supply Chain experience in service and/or manufacturing a plus- Ability to organize and prioritize work- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Oracle knowledge a plus**Hybrid role - Condesa CDMX
