We are looking to expand our team with a highly motivated and detail-oriented **IT Support Specialist** who will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our users, ensuring smooth operations related to accounts, system access, and technical troubleshooting.**Position Overview**:As an **IT Support Specialist**, you will be the go-to person for handling incoming support tickets and resolving technical issues related to user accounts, password resets, access blockages, and other related tasks. You’ll play a key role in maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment, ensuring that our employees and clients experience mínimal disruptions.**Responsibilities**:- **Support Ticket Management**: Respond to and resolve support tickets regarding account access, password resets, user accounts, and related technical issues.- **Password Resets**: Assist employees and users with resetting passwords in a timely and secure manner.- **Account Creation & Management**: Create and manage user accounts for internal and external users, ensuring proper system access.- **Access Issues**: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to blocked or restricted accounts and permissions.- **Technical Assistance**: Provide general IT support and troubleshooting for other technical issues as they arise.- **Documentation**: Maintain clear and accurate documentation of support issues, resolutions, and procedures.- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the IT team to address system issues and escalate unresolved problems as needed.**Qualifications**:- **Experience**: At least 1-2 years of experience in IT support or a technical helpdesk role, particularly dealing with password resets, account access issues, and troubleshooting.- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.- **Problem-Solving**: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quick and accurate solutions.- **Attention to Detail**: A keen eye for detail and the ability to follow processes and procedures consistently.- **Customer Service Focus**: Ability to maintain professionalism while assisting users with technical issues.- **Preferred**: Experience with healthcare-related IT systems or knowledge of Medicare plans is a plus.**Why Join Us?**- **Impactful Work**: Help ensure smooth access to healthcare services by assisting our team with essential tech support.- **Collaborative Team**: Work with a dedicated, supportive IT team that values innovation and efficiency.Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per week**Experience**:- IT Support: 1 year (required)**Language**:- English (required)Work Location: RemoteExpected Start Date: 26/02/2025
