**Company Description**ROLE OVERVIEW:KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Advanced Excel & MRP Expertise:- Utilize advanced Excel functions (e.g., pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) to analyze and report on material planning data.- Manage and optimize MRP parameters to align with production needs and inventory targets.- ERP System Management (Oracle Fusion):- Oversee the integration and utilization of Oracle Fusion ERP for material planning and inventory management.- Ensure accurate data entry and system configurations to support efficient planning processes.- Safety Stock & BOM Management:- Define and maintain optimal safety stock levels to mitigate supply chain disruptions.- Lead projects for the transition of materials in Bills of Materials (BOMs), ensuring accurate and timely updates.- Leadership & Team Management:- Lead and develop a high-performing material planning team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.- Delegate tasks effectively and provide coaching to enhance team capabilities.- SLA Monitoring & Supplier Escalation:- Monitor Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with suppliers to ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.- Escalate issues to suppliers promptly and work collaboratively to resolve any performance discrepancies.- Cross-Functional Collaboration:- Work closely with procurement, production, and logistics teams to align material planning with production schedules.- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address material shortages and supply chain challenges.**Qualifications**QUALIFICATIONS:- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.- Experience:- Minimum of 7 years in material planning or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.- Proven experience with advanced Excel functions and MRP systems.- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms, preferably Oracle Fusion.- Skills:- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.- In-depth knowledge of safety stock strategies and BOM management.**Additional Information**WHY JOIN US?- Opportunity to lead and innovate in a global company.- Collaborative and inclusive work environment.- Competitive salary and benefits package.- Professional development and career growth opportunities.
