What you will do:The primary responsibility of this position is to execute and maintain the demand & supply planning for targeted customer groups- Maintain demand planning processes and systems to improve forecasting accuracy.- Analyse sales trends based on seasons, promotions, and historical sales trends.- Manage and influence the key stakeholders in the Demand Consensus Process. Identify insights in demand that can be used to support increased revenue- Maintain demand plan to ensure cost effectiveness and to meet customer demands.- Execute product demand plans to meet organization goals.- Implement Lead Time Reduction initiatives.- Develop lean techniques to improve demand planning metrics and processes.- Optimize Inventory planning according to the demand and market trends to meet cost and the service objectives.**How you will do it**:- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers.- Responding promptly to customer inquiries.- Communicating with customers through various channels.- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.**What we look for**:**Required**Education & Experience:- A bachelor's degree or higher in business administration, computer science, or a certification in operator or vendor management, such as the APICS Certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) or the APICS Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) required- 4+ years of experience working in planning and inventory solutions in a manufacturing environment (experience with high growth and new product introduction is a big plus)- Knowledge of Supply Chain processes, such as Sales and Operations Planning, MRP, Forecasting, Demand and Supply Planning, Indirect Procurement, Materials Management and Logistics.**Skills**:- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences.- A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others; easily accepts constructive input from others.- Highly organized and detail-oriented individuals- Strong analytical thinkers with problem-solving skills and mathematical abilities**Preferred**- Manufacturing experience (HVAC a plus)- Solving Problem Oriented.- Strong desire of learning, benchmarking.
