ReservHotel is a state of the art Hotel and Air package booking engine. Our travel partners include some of the most prestigious hotels in Mexico and the Caribbean as well as all major air carriers.Customer Service Agents for our call center will provide support across a number of communication channels. Support will include: modifications and handling of complaints. To do well in this role you will need to follow established procedures for modifying reservations and interacting with sales and flights departments. Customer Service Agents need to maintain a cordial tone of voice even when dealing with problematic clients. Customer Service Agents need to be confident and be good at troubleshooting. Attention to detail is imperative.Roles and Responsibilities:Manage inbound calls for existing reservations in a timely and effective manner.- Provide/confirm information relating to reservations.- Check options for date changes for hotels and or flights.- Request air ticket change information from flights department.- Follow up with clients regarding change requests.- Provide information regarding refunds.- Follow up on voice mails.- Achieve goals set by Customer Service Supervisor/Lead AgentThis is **NOT** a remote position. All of our agents are required to work in our Cancun offices.Preferred skills:Proven customer support experience.
