Coordinates activities and operations with areas within IT as well as other stakeholders to deliver software development on time and to specifications**Schedule: This is a Monday-Friday day position, 60% office - 40% home office. This role is based on Mexico City being part of a Global Team. Working in an Easten Time Zone (US & Canada).****What will you do as an App Dev Manager at Dawn Foods?**:- Prioritize development resources aligned with agreed project priorities.- Track and update status for programming task.- Assign programming tasks.- Measure velocity of development activities.- Implement agile methods.- Administer/coordinate upgrades and system patches; provide project leadership of large-scale system modifications.- Analyse requirements for enhancements to existing systems; ensure the system design fits user needs that meet architecture standards; determine the impact on the production SAP environment or other platform (such as Salesforce) as necessary.- Respond to reports of operational problems and requests for assistance; provide operational support and implement fixes and additional features.- Stay abreast of current trends, literature, and technologies in the field of SAP Systems.- Perform management administrative tasks such as reviewing and approving time-off requests, timecards, expense reports; creating and conducting performance reviews; ensuring team and won hours worked are timely entered into IT’s time tracking tool; and other required duties.- Assist with developing annual budgets.**What does it take to be an App Dev Manager at Dawn Foods**:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, information systems or related, or equivalent work experience with applicable associate’s degree- Advanced English is essential for the role- 8+ years of progressively responsible information technology experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.- 5+ years of experience in programming and configuration with at least 1 full life-cycle implementation.- 5+ years of experience in managing a team with focus on team building and skill development.- Ability to effectively partner and communicate with all levels across company- Excellent communication skills (oral & written) and demonstrated leadership skills- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple demands- Experience using software tools to manage projects- Experience using CICD pipelines and DevOps management tools- Knowledgeable in Agile and DevOps methods**_If this sounds like the opportunity that you have been looking for, please click "Apply.”_**An Equal Opportunity Employer.
