Job Description Responsible for overseeing the Campus information technology and services operations. This role involves managing IT&S staff, ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems, and implementing technology solutions to improve business efficiency, productivity and drive digitalization across the organization. Key Responsibilities Manage IT Operations: Oversee the daily operations of the IT department, ensuring all systems are running smoothly and efficiently. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement IT strategies that align with the company's business goals. Identify opportunities for technology improvements and innovation to enhance business operation. Budget Management: Manage the IT budget, ensuring cost‑effective solutions and efficient use of resources. System Maintenance: Ensure the maintenance and security of all IT systems, including hardware, software, and networks. Project Management: Plan and execute IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Compliance: Ensure all IT activities comply with relevant laws and regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices. User Support: Provide technical support and training to staff, ensuring they can effectively use IT systems. Continuous Improvement: Support integration on 4.0 initiatives. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends. Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance IT service delivery and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT management or a related role. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities. Proficiency in IT systems, networks, and related technologies. Strong project management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL, CISSP) are a plus. Experience in a similar industry or with specific technologies used by the company (preferred).
