_**Supply Chain Supervisor**_**Requisitos**:- Título de carrera profesional- Inglés avanzado (95%)- Paquete OFFICE + SAP- Experiência en planificación de la producción, MRO y aprovisionamiento de materias primas, gestión de almacenes y súper, evaluación y selección de nuevos proveedores.- conocimientos en logística y gestión de inventarios, compras y abastecimiento, planificación y control de la producción, análisis de datos y elaboración de informes.- Habilidades: Liderazgo, Pensador Crítico y Analítico, Planificación y Estrategia de la Cadena de Suministro, Alto nível en Excel, Comunicación: verbal y escrita.**PRINCIPALES FUNCIONES A DESARROLLAR EN EL PUESTO**- Compra directa e indirecta de materiales, así como la construcción y mantenimiento de relaciones con proveedores y vendedores.- Supervisar a los operarios de almacén asegurando que todos los procesos se estén llevando a cabo a tiempo y con disciplina, procesos como: recepción, almacenamiento, conteo cíclico, kitting, incluyendo el proceso de estas tareas en el sistema SAP, pero sin limitarse a.- Definición del Programa Maestro de Producción MPS en base a Forecast y Órdenes de Venta a clientes.- Gestión de la planificación de requisitos de material MRP para definir las necesidades de suministro, incluida la definición de existencias de seguridad y las metodologías de suministro.- Seguimiento diario de la Lista de Productos con verificación de REAL vs PLAN. Presentación del estado durante la Reunión de Operaciones.- Análisis de datos para mejorar la eficiencia de la cadena de suministro.- Dominio del uso de herramientas de software como: Excel, Power Point, Word.- Coordinar y realizar los envíos de productos terminados desde esta instalación hasta el centro de distribución de EE.
