Zipdev is looking for an Operations Manager to join our client's purpose-driven team.This role offers the opportunity to support operational excellence while contributing to meaningful community impact.The Operations Manager will serve as a second brain to the CEO, providing operational oversight, process improvement, and project management support across all areas of the business. This role is key to scaling operations efficiently, maintaining alignment across teams, and ensuring processes run smoothly.This is a hands-on, strategic role that requires initiative, organization, and grit, while balancing rapid changes and evolving priorities in a fast-growing company.**Requirements**:**Key Responsibilities**:- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring workflows, projects, and processes run efficiently.- Start each day with a brief check-in on operations, finances, sales, and marketing.- Lead or participate in weekly EOS Level 10 meetings to review KPIs and priorities.- Review contracts, coordinate with contractors and service providers, and ensure deliverables meet specifications.- Identify gaps, implement solutions, and ensure accountability across teams.- Act as a reliable “second set of eyes” for the CEO, providing structure, guidance, and operational support.- Support cross-functional collaboration across sales, production, finance, and kitchen teams.- Experience: 4+ years in operations, project management, or business operations roles.- Education: Master’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred; minimum bachelor’s in Systems Engineering or similar discipline.- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel, familiarity with automation tools (Zapier, N8N), Lean Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), process improvement experience.- Soft Skills: Highly organized, resourceful, resilient, and capable of leading projects independently while collaborating with teams.
