¿Te gustan los retos?, ¿Tienes habilidades comerciales tales como captación, negociación y facilidad de palabra? ¿Gusto por la venta? esta es la oportunidad para tiSomos la plataforma #1 de administración de logística, automatizamos los envíos de empresas y tiendas en línea, para envíos locales, nacionales e internacionales con la más alta tecnología para e-commerce, impulsando el desarrollo de pequeñas, medianas y grandes empresas con el mejor software de logística del mercado con presencia en más de 17 países.Por expansión de operaciones estamos buscando Sales Development Representative para captar mercado en los países como México, Colombia, Chile, Brasil, Argentina, Canadá y USA.Te invitamos a sumarte a nuestro gran equipo de trabajo y con tu talento seguir desarrollando tus habilidades y cumpliendo nuevos retos.Ofrecemos:- Sueldo base de $12,000 a $15,000- Atractivo esquema de comisiones no topadas ($20,000.00 a $35, en promedio)- Contratación directa con nuestra empresa- Capacitación pagada- Horarios de lunes a viernes- Prestaciones de ley- Se otorga equipo de trabajo- Oportunidad de crecimiento y desarrollo**Requisitos**:- Experiência mínima de 1 año en prospección de clientes- Experiência en ventas corporativas- Experiência en paqueterías ultima milla- Inglés Básico -Intermedio- Habilidades y Conocimiento:- Conocimiento en e-commerce- Habilidades de negociación- Proactivo- Conocimiento en logística y plataformas web- Gusto por la tecnologíaFunciones:- Ejecución del Proceso de venta (búsqueda de leads, negociación, venta consultiva, Onboarding, de plataforma, cierre).- Prospección de clientes e-commerce (empresas micro, pymes y grandes empresas)- Generación de relaciones comerciales.- Seguimiento a la estrategia de ventas.- Captación de leads por medio de diferentes plataformas y redes sociales (Linkedin, Google, Facebook, Instagram).- Dominio de ciclo de venta.- Seguimiento y cierre de ventas.- Onboarding a clientes sobre el uso de la plataforma web.- Manejo de CRMTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $12,000.00 - $35,000.00 al mesHorario:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- prospección: 1 año (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Una ubicación
