**Job Description**:This is a hybrid role: This position requires to work 3 days on site 2 days at home remote on a full-time basis**CORPORATE COMMUNICATIONS**- Tracking of non-paid rankings and fill out the questionnaires to position GM.- Develop materials such as press releases or briefing books.- Follow-up to media requests.- Research of trends and GM info to develop GM stories.- Collaborate in the content and operations of President’s meetings with employees and dealers.- Planning events**SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY**- Tracking the RSE Program.- Management of the Brigada Cheyenne operations.- Communications Strategy about main programs such as FIRST or Breast Cancer Awareness.- Organize GM Volunteer Program.- Follow up to GM Grant.- Develop the Social Responsibility and Sustainability Report for Mexico.- Monitor and follow up on financial and in-kind donations, in accordance with GM's donation policy.- Collaborate with Diversity and Inclusion Comms activities- Coordinate the relationship with NGOs.- **Education**:- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Social Responsibility or a related field.- Fluent English- **Skills**:- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills- Knowledge of design and video conceptualization- Demonstrate strong project management- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite- **Experience**:- 3+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, CSR or related field.- Knowledge in developing communications tools- Knowhow in the developing of SRE reports.- Proficiency working with ONG’s.- **Competencies**:- Problem-solving- Able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team- Creative- Results oriented**Additional Job Description**:If you need any additional accommodation to perform this role, let your recruiter know.Just so you know diversity and inclusion are our strengths.
