Through our household brands, like Lipton, Knorr, Dove, Hellman’s and Axe, we are creating a bright future for our customers, our business, and our planet - and you can be part of it.Location: LermaMAIN PURPOSE OF THE JOB:The Call Off will be responsible to support the MRP and supply planning department in Savoury/Maizena planning team on Lerma Site.This person will be responsible for:Managing and maintaining optimum inventories to meet daily production demands for finished product. Execute stock strategies for core Raw Material Suppliers. Schedule supplier delivery date aligned to:1. Production demand & 2. Warehouse Occupancy. Maintains strong relationships / communication with suppliers, warehouse, logistics, quality, manufacturing and internally planning team to ensure production continuity.WHAT YOU WILL DO:- Update call off file daily based on production plan adjustments & supplier deliveries to maintain proper raw material inventory levels and assure production continuity.- Troubleshooting for purchase order entry & quality release tracking.- Daily alignment between all call off team, warehouse and logistics in order to schedule deliveries based on occupancy.- Execution of commercial strategy with suppliers, stocks & business waste. Place purchase orders for some call off suppliers according to the weekly production plan.WHAT YOU´LL NEED TO SUCCEED:- No work experience required.- Recently bachelor’s graduated student.Hard skills:- Basic - medium excel level.- Medium English level.- General knowledge about Supply Chain.- Education: Minimum bachelor’s degreeSoft skills:- Accountability- Organization / Planification- Analysis capability- Proactivity- Ability to solve problems quickly- Show empathy with internal & external stakeholders.- Leadership- TeamworkNOTE
