Focus, Scope, & Impact:
**Brand Identity and Packaging** **Design** Coordinator'**’s** **primary focus areas will be**:
- ** Working** **with external agencies** **to develop** **iconic and compelling Visual Identity Systems and packaging design for **global** or** **designated regional brands;**
- Making sure** **VIS and packaging solutions are relevant** **and** **attractive to the consumers / shoppers to** **drive accelerated transactions and consumer pull** both on and offline**
- Thinking creatively about the **role of** **VIS and packaging** **to strengthen the power of brand / brand message
- Ensuring** **Visual Identity Systems contain** **clear** **directives**, sufficient modularity** **and** **detailed** **guidelines** **to be seamlessly applied to **any brand touchpoint**, in a multidimensional way
- Proposing authentic, proprietary and innovative** **packaging design solutions** that can differentiate and strengthen the brand on analog and online shelves
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
Experience
- Creative development and Design experience (8-10 years)
- Direct experience with branding, logo design, visual language, packaging and art direction
- Preference for experience working in or partnering with design agencies
- Experience working in cross-functional and cross-geographical teams is preferred
Work Focus
- Ability to develop and lead brand identity and pack design projects
- Expertise in working with different external partners (i.e. creative agencies, graphic design agencies, packaging production companies, printing firms)
- Design thinking capability
- Ability to work in Agile cross-functional teams
Communication Focus
- Role will require frequent communication with LATAM's Design Lead, IMX team (Integrated Marketing Experiences), Global Design team and Brand Managers
- Role will also interact frequently with external parties, particularly design agencies
