Your responsibilities Drive the creation and implementation of consumer and market insights to inform strategic business decisions. Analyse market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes to uncover growth opportunities. Partner with cross-functional teams, providing insights that will influence marketing, sales, and product innovation. Guide and develop a team of CMI professionals, fostering their growth and the impact of their work. Deliver compelling presentations that translate complex data into clear strategies at executive levels. Champion innovation in our approaches to consumer insights, ensuring we stay at the forefront of industry practices. The experience we're looking for A proven background in consumer and market insights or market research with a focus on FMCG or Consumer Health. Exceptional analytical prowess with a knack for storytelling that turns data into compelling commercial narratives. Effective leadership in managing and inspiring teams, cultivating a collaborative spirit. Strong presentation skills, capable of articulating insights to a variety of stakeholders with clarity and impact. Strategic thinking with experience in brand and category strategy, complemented by commercial acumen. A flexible, dynamic approach, allowing you to thrive in a fast-moving environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
