**Vacante para la empresa Alfa Talent en García, Nuevo León**:**_ Proposito del trabajo._**El **Accounting Controller** garantiza informes comerciales consistentes, de alta calidad y oportunos para las entidades legales asignadas. El rol es el vínculo dentro del modelo operativo, actuando de enlace con las partes interesadas relevantes para cumplir los objetivos organizacionales y operativos. Gestiona las siguientes áreas para las personas jurídicas y sujetos obligados asignadas: Liderazgo, control y cumplimiento contable; propiedad del proceso RTR e interfaz con otros procesos; y colaboración empresarial y mejora continua.Este puesto liderará el control y cumplimiento en el número limitado asignado de entidades legales y reportantes, confiando al mismo tiempo en la experiência del Equipo Regional de Contraloría Contable.**_Requisitos_**:Licenciatura en Finanzas o Contabilidad. Preferiblemente Maestría en Contabilidad o disciplina afín.Más de 5 años de experiência en contabilidad financiera progresivamente responsable o una combinación equivalente deeducación y experiência relevantes.Fuerte conocimiento de contabilidadManejo de auditorías externasLiderazgo y excelente comunicación a todos los nívelesManejo nível experto en negociaciónEncargado de cumplir los requisitos contables con autoridades legales en MéxicoInglés Avanzado indispensable- Rango Salarial:_$50,000 a $62,000 mensuales- Horario:_Lunes a Viernes de 8am a 6pmUbicación:Garcia, NL.**Nível de educación deseada**:Superior - titulado**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Experto**Función departamental**:Contabilidad / Finanzas**Industria**:Contabilidad**Habilidades**:- Liderazgo- Comunicación- Negociación
