Descripción y detalle de las actividadesThe Jr. HR Supervisor provides support to the HR Manager on guide and managehuman resources services, policies, and programs. This position consult withcompany leadership on organization design and restructuring, and provideworkforce analysis and planning.Supervise the DL Recruiting process.Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff for IDL and G6+ positions.Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshopsfor existing employees.Handles routine labor relations and human resource inquiries related topolicies, procedures, and bargaining agreements; refers complex matters toappropriate management staff.Serves as the initial contact and liaison for intake and assessment ofemployee complaints.Conducts initial interviews and gathers information for employeerelations matters such as harassment allegations, work complaints, or otherconcerns; informs appropriate HR staff when additional investigation isrequired.Assists with recordkeeping related to hiring, termination, leave,transfer, and promotion particularly as related to Equal Employment Opportunity(EEO), and diversity initiatives.Collects information and data to assess cost and policy implications ofnegotiations and disputes. This may include management and union proposals, payscales and wages, benefits, working conditions, and other mitigatingcircumstances.Conducts surveys, interviews, and other research related to humanresource policies, compensation, and other labor negotiations; collectsinformation and reports results to HRPerforming various administrative tasks and accurately processingpaperwork.Organize company events.- Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.- Key member to follow up Ethics and labor procedures and complaints.- Works with HR Manager supporting all regulatory systems (ISO, CTPAT, OEA, RBA, etc.)Work closely with union representatives to ensure the best labor environmentExperiência y requisitosBachelor’s degree in Business, Psychology, Marketing, Human Resources, or related+3 years of related experience.Ability to work under stressful conditionsSuccessfully demonstrated ability to manage change.Demonstrated ability to deliver results through others.Experience in an HR role.Leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.Great written and verbal communication skills.Strong moral and ethical conduct.Competency in Microsoft Office, and business management and presentation tools.Good English understanding.Beneficios- Beneficios de acuerdo a la LFT- Uniforme- Utilidades garantizadas- Servicios medicos en planta- Comedor- comedor- transporte**Número de vacantes** 1**Área** Recursos Humanos**Contrato** Permanente**Modalidad** Presencial**Turno** Diurno**Jornada** Tiempo Completo**Horario**- Tiempo completo- Turno Matutino**Salario mensual neto** $25,000 - $35,000 MXN**Estudios** Carrera con título profesional**Inglés **Hablado: Intermedio, Escrito: Intermedio**Disponibilidad p. viajar** No
