As a DEMAND PLANNING SR you will responsible for developing a world-class Demand Planning that effectively meets its business requirements, and is able to deliver timely information and recommendations on flow, assortments, inventory levels and potential opportunities/ risks.**Key Responsibilities**- Improves the mapping, evaluating and re-designing SO&P process- Establishing and communicating service metrics.- Supervising and analyzing results to delivery action plans.- Lead communication of variances in demand plans and inventory to strategic objectives.- Coordinates Planning efforts, ensuring alignment between senior management, business unit, and Planning goals and objectives.**Qualifications**- Bachelor's degree in engineering- 5+ years' experience as supply chain, demand and/or planning management.
