Key responsabilities:- Create and implement critical demand planning business process in place. Deploy the way of working with demand planning. Support on demand planners inquiries.- Guarantee the correct operation of the BlueYonder/Orion demand processes in every site for the Mexican & CCA markets - LAN Region- Facilitate training and certification for Key users and end users in BlueYonder/Orion and SAP, following the best practices and assuring top level support to issues, fails and incidences within the system.- Provide support for validation, testing and approval changes in BlueYonder/Orion template configuration for demand planning and SAP functionality, as well as any local improvement proposal.- Lead and manage the process of documentation and training materials for the Business Processes.- Lead the continuous improvement on demand planning process and deploy as systemic actions or way of working to the demand working team across our Mars Wrigley LAN business.- Identify opportunity areas in processes, aligned with internal business partners; driving initiatives, projects and implementing savings strategies and/or operation efficiency to achieve Business objectives of the Company- Guarantee the sustainability of usage of these tools coordinating the support join with the net of Key users, Mars information service and Mars Helpdesk.- Keep update the demand groups process on JDA/Orion and SAP system.- Update the partner functions on the standard weekly plan working with Master Data.- Complete 100% Mandatory Training program.- Communicate product related incidents with impact to the business- Implement changes, new process or new products that requires a Demand Planning change or impact directly on the demand planning process.**Own and deliver all approved projects for specific area; create the business Requirement Document (BRD) to make the detailed plan and find the approval with Mars Information Services, Make the budget plan alongside with LM.**Context and Scope:Functional Expert with capacity to create and Implement functional way of workings/ Owns the deployment of the process standard through carrying out detailed process audits and leading the Key Users to comply the fully digital process / Collaborative Ways of working / Develop Key User certification/qualified plan to deploy the process / Works cross functionally / Provides Training across different formats (1 to1, in classroom & remote via TC/VC) / Covers specific process area for Mexican & CCA markets (LAN Region) includes working across the supply chain team members.Main KPIs:100% compliance of demand data transmition to supply planning100% of weekly phasing and Warehouse allocation data transfer100% of compliance on business projectScolarship and SkillsUniversity Diploma/College Degree in Engineering, Statistics, Operations, Business administration and/or logisticsDesired: Project Management and Process Management Certification (PMP/ Agile etc.) 3-5 years business/ practical experience on general planning or demand planning Software / cross functional business process change**Experience on planning platforms implementation (BlueYonder/JDA/Oracle/SAP**)Knowledge transferEnglish advanceCustomer FocusPriority settingsLogical thinking / Statistical KnowledgeData mining/ Data lakes / AI TransformationalTechnical Skills:- Forecasting (statistical)- Collaborative Planning- Leveraging Insights- Advanced Data Analysis and Treatment
