Together, we are building a better world, so we can all enjoy living in it.**Role Definition**Lead and support six sigma projects for the fulfillment of critical business factors.**What it will do**:- Development and management of 6 sigma project portfolio (OIA / Evolution / Competitiveness)- Lead six sigma projects to achieve strategic plant objectives- Support with lean methodology and tools to 6 sigma project leaders**Educational Requirement**:- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related.- English. Intermediate**Problem Solving**:- Advanced practical knowledge to identify the problem, working with the multidisciplinary team to find the root cause using Lean tools.**Process improvement**:- Management of process mappings, identifying current state of opportunities in the different processes and working with DMAIC.**Project management**:- Ability to plan, organize, monitor and control assigned projects.- Knowledge of the different stages within the project and the deliverables needed in each of them.**Six Sigma Methodology**:- Extensive knowledge of Six Sigma methodologies: DMAIC/DMEDI and assurance of the use of concepts in the development of each project**Interpersonal Relationships**:- Management and coordination of work teams, ensuring that all members work effectively.- Certificacion Black belt**Additional information**:- Location: Cienega de Flores- Domestic Relocation assistance is not available for this position.- Don’t forget to include a resumé in English in your profile in Workday****Final details****The Caterpillar Code of Conduct states that we will select and place employees based on their qualifications for the job to be performed, without regard to race, religion, national origin, color, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, age or disability.
