**Education**:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related career**Experience**:At least 5 years as an IT engineer, IT supervisor or MES administrator.**Knowledge**:Advanced English, Knowledge of MES systems, Flowcharts, Process Mapping, Project management life cycle methodology, SQL, postgress, ZPL language, Business Intelligence Experience, Gantt charts, timelines.**Skills / Competencies**:Excellent communication, technical, problem-solving, organizational and project management skills.Ability to handle details while maintaining a general focus.Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated leadership and management skills. Ability to administer policies equitably. Expert in employee relations, including performance management, employee motivation and hiring & Shooting.
