El equipo de IT Helpdesk se encarga de proporcionar soporte técnico Tier 1 a nuestros clientes por medio de diversos canales, como llamadas y correos electrónicos.Las principales actividades de un IT Helpdesk Specialist son:- Ser el primer punto de contacto de los clientes que necesiten asistencia técnica en relación a sus dispositivos, equipos, aplicaciones, software, etc.- Diagnosticar de forma eficiente el problema del cliente para ofrecer soluciones en el tiempo adecuado y escalarlo al equipo correspondiente en caso de ser necesario.- Monitoreo continuo del sistema de tickets interno para proporcionar una respuesta proactiva y comunicar a los clientes cualquier actualización o inconveniente.- Participación en los proyectos de mejora del equipo de IT Helpdesk, así como en entrenamientos, cursos y certificaciones.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSalario: $18,000.00 - $20,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Aumentos salariales- Bebidas gratis- Estacionamiento de la empresa- Estacionamiento gratuito- Horarios flexibles- Trabajar desde casa- Vacaciones adicionales o permisos con goce de sueldoTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horas- Turno matutino
