Purpose of position:- FBG Product offering is growing, and we are looking for a New Customer Pricing Manager to support our Quoting Process in the North American Market (USA and Canada)Position Summary- Customer Pricing Manager will help businesses determine competitive pricing strategies to gain market share and achieve revenue goals- They will lead the Quoting process of New Customers and new Product Lines together with Sales and Finance teams.- Present and compile Pricing Quotes for multiple Business units with co-operation with Cost, Sales And product teams.- They will analyze data from multiple sources, develop complex pricing models, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies.- They will help develop a more robust Pricing For Base Price business and individual pricing for Customers together with the North American Pricing Maintenance team- Customer Pricing Manager must have the ability to communicate clearly with stakeholders from multiple departments (Sales, Pricing, IT, etc)- Intermediate-level skillset with relational database maintenance- Self-starter with ability to manage multiple projects with little supervisionPrimary Responsibilities:- Create Quotes and Profitability Analysis per opportunity- Insure through tracking of all quoting- Track performance over of win, loss, and rebid process- Perform data analytics using sales and cost database to make recommendations to leadership on current pricing and new Quotes- Work on ad hoc projects related to standardization of Quoting processRequirements And Minimum Education Level- BA/ BS with Major or Minor in Finance or equivalate work experience- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Quoting or new pricing- Preferred: 1-3 years working in a manufacturing environment- Not required but preferred: Auto industry knowledge or experience**Skills**:- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel- Experience with using visualization and reporting tools preferred- Effectively balances pressures and demands of multiple customers and competing priorities- Ability to communicate across Divisions (oral, written)- Data Extraction from ERP experience Preferred- High attention to detailFirst Brands Group is a proud equal opportunity employer.
