As an FP&A Analyst, you’ll play a key role in helping us reach our mission.**Who you are**:- Bachelor’s degree in the fields of Finance, Business, Economics, Engineering, or related.- 2 years of work experience in Private Equity, Venture Capital, Investment Banking, Consulting, or M&A related positions.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, critical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize and express yourself clearly.- Advanced financial modelling skills and deep understanding of financial reports.- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).- Team player, proactive, and able to work under pressure.- English proficiency (C-1)**What you’ll do**:- _Main functions:_ Financial Modeling, Projections, Budgets, Presentations for Investors, Raising Capital and Debt and Strategic Planning.- Contribute to building and scaling the next consumer goods conglomerate in LatAm in a dynamic and challenging environment- Build financial models, investments memos, financial projections and budgeting to present your recommendations to senior management.- Participate in all stages of capital raising, including contact and analysis for investors, strategic planning and analysis.- Collaborate closely with the operations and finance teams to identify critical areas for improvement as well as expansion of prospective acquisitions.**Benefits**:- Competitive compensation, includes base salary- Opportunities for growth within a fast-growing startup, leading a cross-functional team across regions.- An entrepreneurial and fun culture where you will have a direct impact on operations from day one.- HybridQuinio presents a unique combination of experience in e-commerce, technology, and investments.
