Together, let's build a brighter, healthier future for all.**Objective**:To manage general services, central maintenance, demineralized water plant, cogeneration plant, calibration laboratory, and wastewater treatment plant to ensure continuous operation of Home Care, PCP's, Soaps, Oral Care, and Plastics plants. This includes budget administration, project implementation for savings, and continuous improvement.**Key Responsibilities**:- Administer and supervise the cogeneration plant and general services.- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environment, and hygiene standards.- Supervise and coordinate project implementation.- Administer critical services and guarantee water plant operation, including review of all water systems.**Required Skills and Qualifications**:- ** Education**: Electromechanical Engineering or related engineering.- ** Experience**: 2 years in similar positions.- ** Technical Skills**: Advanced project administration, 90% English proficiency, managerial skills/team management, quality systems, safety, health, and environmental systems.**Our Commitment to Inclusion**Our journey begins with our people—developing strong talent with diverse backgrounds and perspectives to best serve our consumers around the world and fostering an inclusive environment where everyone feels a true sense of belonging.
