**Department**: Supply**Key Responsibilities**:- Ensure timely fulfillment of customer requirements and specifications.- Monitor customer inquiries and process shipments.- Coordinate transport logistics as per customer needs.- Maintain direct communication with clients.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, International Trade, or related field.- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service within the automotive industry (3 years preferred).- Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and business English.**Technical Skills**:- Proficient in TOMS GM, ERP (SAP), and Excel.- Understanding of supply chain management and risk management.**Soft Skills**:- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure.- Customer-oriented with good negotiation skills.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Ayuda o servicio de transporte- Servicio de comedorTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horasLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
