Position: Personal assistant/ Business Project Manager/ Business ManagementEmployer: Jollatek Inc: International business employer starting a transnational import/export technology business from ChinaWorking Hours: Monday-Friday From 9:00am to 6:00pm (can be flexible after 1 or 2 months, for home office/flexible schedule need to be in touch all time)**Requirements**:- Excellent written, spoken and readding English skills (all time communication is with English, Mandarin desirable)- Skills:- Proactive- Honest- Good problem solving- Analytic and Organized**Responsibilities**:- Elaborate basic business documents- Manage calendar and Schedule meetings- Booking travel arrangements- Take accurate notes of main points in every meeting- Run errands and diverse task as requested- Follow up key specific milestones regarding all project meetings involved- Create simple plans and calendars to achieve business project goals- Notify and advice cultural news that can impact logistics like protest march,days cars that do not circulate, etc.**Salary**: $15,000.Tipo de puesto: Medio tiempoSalario: $15,000.00 al mesTipo de jornada:- Turno de 8 horas
