Come join our team at MAHLE #StrongerTogether- The SSC Accounts Payable Analyst Level 2 will be responsible for Accounts Payable relationship with Suppliers and MAHLE internal employees including resolving payment issues, support suppliers to use MAHLE Vendor Portal, account reconciliation, invoice processing, and resolving invoices in Workflow.- Your Role & Responsibilities:- Manage relationship with supplier related to Accounts Payable.- Timely response to supplier and internal personnel inquiries.- Follow up on invoices in workflow.- Accounts Payable’s account reconciliation.- Support suppliers on MAHLE Vendor Portal process.- Month-End Close activities.- Adhere with internal controls procedures.- Support audit requests timely.- Your Skills & Strengths:- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent.- Bilingual (English/Spanish) 100%.- 2+ years in similar position.- Excellent communication and organizational skills.- Customer Service Oriented, Self-motivated, and Detail Oriented.- Experience in SAP.**Do you have any questions?**Facts about the job**Entry level**:- Experienced hires**Part- / Full-time**:- Full Time**Functional area**:- Finance Accounting & Controlling**Location**:Monterrey, MX**Company**:MAHLE Shared Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V.Your future at MAHLEAs a team player and someone who thinks ahead, you can deploy all your skills with us.
