Responsibilities The Opportunity The Accounts Payable Analyst processes PO requests, processes invoices for payment, sets up new suppliers, assists with uniform ordering process, and provides Perm Merch Ordering/Tracking support for Division GTM organization for PBNA. Provide ongoing updates & maintain trackers weekly updates by Key Account & location covering Temp Tools and maintain display trackers. Your Impact As*** your responsibilities would consist of: Support of Requisition to Pay and Invoice Processing tasks including, but not limited to: (Making Decisions, Executing Actions)o Timely and Accurate PO Request Submission via Supplier Portalo Timely and Accurate Invoice Processing for Payment via MyBuyo Research, Troubleshoot, and Resubmit any Invoice Issueso Analyze any trends with invoice processing to identify root causes, and areas of improvement Manage Supplier Set-up Process, ensuring all critical inputs are gathered from field teams and suppliers, and processed (Executing Actions, Providing Consultation) Manage Perm Merch Process, working with Division Perm Merch Lead and Field Sales Reps to ensure all deadlines and deliverables are met (Executing Actions, Providing Consultation) Assist with Uniform Ordering Process, following PO Request and Invoice Processing steps along with coordination with local hiring team (Executing Actions) Provide Field Location Leaders with ad-hoc support as needed, and periodic updates on process improvement opportunities (Providing Consultation) Order & track equipment for CCO Accounts Maintain shipment tracker for PME and send out weekly updates to market and field teams Temp Tools: provide periodic ship lists, provide weekly execution updates by Key Account and location, & distribute forms for push weeks Qualifications Who Are We Looking For? Must be Fluent in English Bachelor’s degree required, Business/Control/Operations focus preferred Ability to work within strict deadlines, learn new processes quickly, work effectively with a team and adapt to constantly evolving work responsibilities Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively Fluent with data, and proven ability to utilize Excel to extract necessary data when needed Exceptional organizational skills to handle the high volume of requests Ability to effectively communicate in a professional and constructive manner internally and with customers Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel) Strong passion for customer service Ability to effectively interact and build a favorable business relationship with internal and external customers Strong team player and committed to teamwork in all situations Excellent written and oral communications skills Demonstrated ability to leveraging system and tools Meticulous attention to detail If this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
