México**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**:As an intern in the DBS MX Hub you will have the exposure to business since day 1. Experience in an international company to start your professional career path and you will learn how DBS and Digital Transformation works in BAT.We are looking for an analytical mindset, team player leader that is willing to contribute to the Digital Transformation of BAT.Understanding the company from different perspectives. Engaging with internal customers and driving our business strategies with the trade stint in our Marketing function, which will be for about a year. After a successful completion of your attachment, will be associated with other functional attachments to develop yourself as a well-rounded business leader.Structured cross functional development program for you to become a high performing business leader Opportunities to engage and build your network within a wide range of internal and external stakeholdersBuild an impact on our international business participating in global cross-market projects, under the supervision of a dedicated Coach & Mentor.**Reports to**:Category Performance Senior Analyst**Reporting Level**:Intern**Geographic Scope**:Total US.WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR- Develop and execute business tracking metrics and reporting routines that will enable the DBS MX to generate key insights.- Make sure that the requests are clear enough before developing the reports and dashboards.- Feel comfortable being curious and asking business questions.- Being accountable by making sure that the information is 100% correct and delivered on time to fulfil reports and dashboards to the team.- Provide processes and performance improvement recommendations.- Identify and provide ongoing support to the DBS MX Teams on system-wide matters needing attention.**CAN THIS BE YOUR FUTURE ROLE?**:- Have you supported a process related to business intelligence / market performance and which tools/ data was used to complete the tasks?- What is your proficiency level using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, MicroStrategy, and any other third-party software packages, including an understanding of relational databases and clustering tools?- Could you tell us a situation where you had to lead a project?- Please provide an example of a complex problem that you are already solved by yourself.- How comfortable do you feel working under pressure?- Please provide an example of a complex problem that you are already solved with teamwork.**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:- Able to work in a diverse cultural environment, efficient communicator, and influencer.- Proven record of analytical thinking- Knowledge and not necessary experience in extracting, validating, and reviewing performance data.- Able to work with technical analysis such as regressions, clustering, classification, dimensionality reduction, collaborative filtering.- Programming concepts understanding is desirable- Use of Data Visualization Tools and development of dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) is desirable- Analytics and data management experience highly preferred**WE ARE BAT**:At BAT we are committed to our Purpose of creating A Better Tomorrow.
