Come, join us on this journey****British American Tobacco Mexico has an exciting opportunity for a Canada Revenue Performance Intern in Monterrey**As an intern in the DBS MX Hub, you will have the exposure to business since day 1. Experience in an international company to start your professional career path and you will learn how DBS and Digital Transformation works in BAT.**Your key responsibilities will include**:- Develop and execute business tracking metrics and reporting routines that will enable the DBS MX to generate key insights.- Make sure that the requests are clear enough before developing the reports and dashboards.- Feel comfortable being curious and asking business questions.- Being accountable by making sure that the information is 100% correct and delivered on time to fulfil reports and dashboards to the team.- Provide processes and performance improvement recommendations.- Identify and provide ongoing support to the DBS MX Teams on system-wide matters needing attention.**What are we looking for?**- Studying 6th semester and above Economics, Finance, Mathematics, Business Administration or Engineering- Excellent English and Spanish written, oral and presentation communication skills **is a must**.- Comfortable interpreting and manipulating large amounts of data is a must.- Use of Data Visualization Tools and development of dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) is desirable- 30 hours per week availability that can be flexible according to academic workload**What we offer you?**- Our range of benefits varies by country and includes diverse health plans, initiatives for work-life balance, transportation support, and a flexible holiday plan with additional incentives- Your journey with us isn't limited by boundaries; it's propelled by your aspirations.
