If you're up for challenging your status, join our team of pioneers and make your mark on the future with us.**Are You Looking to**- Direct a team of molding associates in the areas of production, scheduling, safety, maintenance, and quality.- Performs problem-solving to develop corrective actions for customer issues or to initiate continuous improvement.- Troubleshoot and adjust molding parameters to maintain quality and maximum product output.**Are You Ready to**- Coordinate tooling and equipment availability, repair, and maintenance.- Lead a team of people in execution of daily production tasks, work scheduling, training, maintenance and in continuous improvement.- Lead direct reports to improve 5S, housekeeping, and safety as needed.**What You’ll Need**- Degree in Engineering OR at least 5 years hands-on work experience in Injection Molding.- Must have a minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment and supervisory experience.- Physical demands: may engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and pulling parts and part containers, may be required to sit or stand for long periods of time, must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.**What You’ll Get**- Paid leave for bereavement, marriage, vacation and more.- On-site cafeteria.- Medical & life insurance.- Additional perks like food basket, glasses, and Christmas bonus.**Job opportunity**Bel will only employ people who are legally authorized to work in Mexico.
