We expect our Team to become our ultimate partners to success by always giving their 110% in everything, sharing their talents and quirks, and championing our core values: Curious, Dynamic and Authentic.**WHAT WILL YOU DO**:- Monitor and manage order processing and fulfillment for B2C (Direct-to-Consumer) and dropship/marketplace channels.Create and fulfill orders across all channels.- Engage with and support day-to-day 3PL and warehousing activities.- Troubleshoot and solve customer experience issues related to shipping, fulfillment, and order processing.- Support and manage backorder and preorder program on the website.- Support product operation needs for shipping samples and other products to partners and internal teams around the US and globe.- Partner with cross-functional teams including brand marketing & product to support business supply chain activities and initiatives.- Create weekly reports and insights on operational activity.**WHAT WE’LL LIKE ABOUT YOU**:YOU ARE- Curious and authentic, just like us #beboldr- An analytical and critical thinker, with an eye for even the most minute of details- Passionate about client satisfaction**Requirements**:YOU HAVE- Bachelor's degree or diploma in business/supply chain or a similar field of study and qualification.- 1-3 years of experience working in supply chain or fulfillment operations at a digitally native or D2C e-commerce brand in consumer goods.- At least 2 years experience working with either an ERP or Order Management Systems (OMS) and 3PLs.- Familiarity or experience with platforms such as Fulfil, Shopify and Easypost preferred.- Experience with order management.- Someone who excels at process and execution with a ‘no-task-too-small’ attitude.
