And if that’s you we would love to have you join us**Job Description**:Process Technical Consultant is responsible for supporting sales team with pre-sales and post-sales technical needs and issues related with Process Applications across industries. Presales support includes: Customer need landing and solution conceptualization, proof of concepts, system architecture definition or system architecture review and recommendations.Post-sales support will also be required at times to supplement Rockwell Automation's organization.Responsible for contributing with Commercial Strategy integrated into a full Solution´s Proposal based upon customer requirements and needs, being able to perform site evaluations, customer presentations and proposal follow-up, both internally and with customers.Will be responsible to collect Project/Opportunity user requirements, ensure full understanding of customer need, properly document project scope, and integrate multidisciplinary information toward accurate estimations and quotes addressing customer pains/needs.Serves as a technical solutions’ expert to develop and present quotes and system solutions, and close complex technical sales. Works on issues of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors. Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions and strategies based on the analysis of customer pains and needs, as well as by market tendencies, identifying additional opportunities within customer’s organization.Receives assignments in the form of objectives and determines the process by which to meet goals. Frequently interacts with peers and customers to gain cooperation of others or conduct presentations of complex technical information/project activities. Networks with key contacts in inside and outside own area of expertise.- ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:- Work as a cooperative team member with Industry team and consultants from other disciplines to co-plan and prioritize activities which will generate greatest value for customer and Rockwell Automation.- Focus on long-term technology adoption activity at customer sites.- Travel frequently to customer sites to respond to technical requests from target customers.- Manage customer product expectations and obtain product and systems requirements through direct customer interaction.- Represent the technical aspects of our products and system supporting sales presentations at customer sites.- Encourage the sale of Rockwell Process portfolio, and proper products and services to the customer, advising sales of identified opportunities- Establish a reputation for excellence and knowledge of applied automation technology.- Ability to have conversations on our solutions and their benefits as it relates to our customers business goals in the manufacturing environment.- Significant level understanding of the business value provided by Rockwell Automation and the distributor alliance.- Know-how and briefly understanding on how our local/global competitors are positioned in the marketplace and how they market their solutions.Tighten continually his-her relationship with the customer, demonstrating interest and seeking more information on other processes and difficulties. Make available his-her complete professional experience with the aim of collaborating actively to the customer success.Interact with the customer to detect and inform Sales area about new supply opportunities.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:EDUCATION REQUIRED:- Bachelor of Science in Control, Automation, Mechatronic or Chemical engineering or or higher degree i
