**Vacante para la empresa KARRI en Monterrey, Nuevo León**:En**KARRI** seguimos creciendo y buscamos a un/a Onboarding Associate en Última Milla **Ciudad de México**que se encargue de atraer, validar y activar a nuevos conductores, asegurando una integración exitosa y contribuyendo directamente al crecimiento de nuestra operación en Ciudad de México.Principales funciones:- Atraer, convencer y dar seguimiento a postulantes a conductores.- Validar documentación y dar de alta perfiles en la plataforma KARRI.- Coordinar el levantamiento y activación de nuevos conductores según la demanda operativa.- Asegurar que los nuevos proveedores cuenten con RFC y régimen fiscal adecuado.- Gestionar canales de comunicación con los postulantes (WhatsApp, Facebook, etc.).- Diseñar campañas de atracción y seguimiento en redes sociales.- Coordinar con el equipo de operaciones para una correcta integración de conductores.- Acompañar y dar seguimiento a todo el proceso de activación de nuevos proveedores.- Mantener comunicación clara y constante con los postulantes para asegurar transparencia en cada etapa.Lo que buscamos en ti:- Experiência en reclutamiento, preferiblemente en perfiles operativos o masivos.- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación y persuasión.- Organización y capacidad para trabajar con metas mensuales.- Manejo de herramientas digitales y redes sociales.- Proactividad y orientación a resultados.**Nível de educación deseada**:Media Superior**Nível de experiência deseada**:Nível Medio**Función departamental**:Logística / Transporte**Industria**:Transporte, Logística, Cadena de Suministro y Almacenamiento
