We are looking for a **Salesforce Tech Lead **to join our IT team. The individual should be highly collaborative, have strong initiative, drive change, and take ownership of their work.A Day In The Life Could Include:- Must possess thorough knowledge about Salesforce capabilities- Provide technical design, integration architecture, and solution recommendations.- Validate and sign-off technical requirements- Responsible for design and code review, and release management- Understand key SFDC architecture concepts and influence design for requirements.What You Will Need To Bring With You:- Experience in end to end project implementations.- Several Salesforce implementation projects involving multiple releases, change management process, and/or multi-locale deployment- Excellent knowledge of integration design and development of best practices, governor limits, code reviews- Experience with LWC (Lightning Web Components)- Expertise in mocking, unit testing and perf testing of solutions- Experience in Apex, VisualForce, Aura, Lightning Web Components, APIs, SOSL, SOQL, SOAP or REST-based web services, SQL, XML, and JavaScript.- Knowledge on BPM (Business process management) tools ex: ADO,JIRA etc.Preferred Certifications:- Salesforce Platform Developer Certifications- Salesforce Certified Administrator and Advanced Administrator- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Salesforce Certified Service Cloud ConsultantKoch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120,000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments.
