At AstraZeneca we’re dedicated to being a Great Place to Work.**Your opportunity**:The Process Mining COE within Global Business Services (GBS) has been setup to deliver process mining and analytical capabilities to AstraZeneca and lower costs to serve. The Process Mining team have established themselves as a pivotal advanced analytics capability that can unlock processing capacity and value at AstraZeneca through automated process discovery, analytics, and automated decision-support workflows. We drive data-led process performance improvements by transforming digital process data into process models using sophisticated process mining techniques. Custom analyses & workflows are built using these process models to generate the business insights needed to drive process performance improvements.We are looking for a Process Mining Manager to join the Process Mining team as we scale the capability and deliver process mining (Celonis) solutions across AstraZeneca.**Main duties and responsibilities**The role will be responsible for the following activities:- Work closely with business stakeholders and manage a team of Process Mining Consultants in order to deliver end-to-end Process Mining initiatives- Translate business requirements into data/process models using process mining techniques- Identify required data sources, support extraction and transformation (ETL) and develop visualizations in order to deliver process insights to stakeholders- Build automated workflows to facilitate pro-active process interventions**Essential requirements**- At least 3 years’ experience working on Process Mining or Process Data & Analytics projects- At least 1 year experience in project management and/or managing analytical teams- Fluency with relational databases using SQL queries on large datasets is a must- Experience in producing visualizations to communicate process data effectively in a data visualization tools (Celonis/Tableau/Power BI or similar)- Analytical skills to be able to discover, analyse and draw insight from complex data sets- Hands-on experience in a Process Mining Tool (Celonis, UiPath, QPR, Minit, Signavio etc.) will be a strong advantage- Fluent in business English**Desirable requirements**:- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or a comparable degree- Knowledge of at least 1 functional area processes (Finance, HR, R&D, Operations etc.) and related Source System datasets- Excellent communication skills to work with stakeholders daily- Energetic, organised and self-motivated- Python programming skills appreciated but not requiredPositions are open to Mexican Citizens and official residents of Mexico.Location: Guadalajara (hybrid)- Expectation of working in the office 3 days a week statement: When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
