Through a respectful, inclusive and collaborative culture, a career at Flex offers the opportunity to make a difference, invest in your career growth and join our purpose - to make great products that create value and improve people’s lives.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _- Process Engineering _- Manager _- located in _- Guadalajara, South Campus_- ._- Reporting to the Director, Operations, Process Engineering Manager role involves_- Responsible for leading a team of process engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities in order to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization_What a typical day looks like:- _ Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems._- _ Establish and improve process capabilities._- _ Develop and maintain process documentation._- _ Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery and cost expectations._- _ Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured._- _ Improve throughput in constrained areas._- _ Develop, test and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and lead cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas._- _ Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured._- _ Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas._- _ Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce._The experience we’re looking to add to our team:- _ Experience in electronics manufacturing industry_- _ BA/BS/ MBA or equivalent work experience_- _ Experience with capabilities of process._- _ Experience with wave soldering, paste printing and ovens process (conventional &selective)_- _ Experience and knowledge with SMT Process_- _ English Advance (mandatory)_- _ Experience with personal management_What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.- Life & Medical insurance.- Christmas Bonus.- Food Coupons.- Saving Fund.MP100Job CategoryProduction Engineering
