Gestionar el cierre de ordenes de producción por medio del consumo apropiado de materiales y registro de los mismos en el sistema SAP para mantener controlado el costo de producción.**Un día en la vida de...**- Promover una cultura de seguridad en su vida diaria- Cumplir con los requerimientos descritos en el SGI, asegurando la calidad del producto.- Gestión de auditorías y no conformidades.- Tener un enfoque hacia resultados, cooperación proactiva identificando y comunicando activamente mejoras cuantificables, a través de comportamientos de mejora continua.- Monitorear y controlar las operaciones y variaciones del proceso, por medio de estándares de operación con el fin de mantener procesos eficientes y confiables.- Gestión del cierre de ordenes de producción- Reconocer los aspectos e impactos ambientales que pueden generar sus actividades así como realizar correctamente un manejo integral de los residuos de su área.Cumplir y ser proactivo con la visión, misión, valores y principios corporativos.**Lo que te hará exitoso**- Experiência en gestión de personal- Competencia solida para gestionar por resultados.- Lograr energizar y comprometer al equipo que tenga a su cargo.- Conocimiento avanzado en SAP.- Idioma inglés avanzado.- Conocimiento en TPM.- Conocimiento en control estadístico de procesos.- Disponibilidad para rolar turnos y trabajar fines de semana
