Remote position for Mexico**What you will do**- Develop and/or oversee the creation of visually stunning graphics for advertising campaigns and various web pages;- Supervise and guide the design process for social media content;- To be able to provide justified design decisions based on competitive research and best practices, create wireframes and prototypes to support such decisions;- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate work and ensure project success;- Uphold brand guidelines;- Respond swiftly to urgent requests while maintaining reasonably high quality;- Employ agile methodologies to optimize workflows and meet deadlines;- Demonstrate fast decision-making skills and proactively organize workflows;- Ensure the overall quality and timeliness of design delivery for Marketing purposes;**Must haves**- Minimum of 5 years of experience in visual or UX design;- Knowledge of video editing and motion graphics software for creating engaging multimedia content;- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in graphic design, marketing materials, UI/UX design, and cross-team collaboration;- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud (After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro);- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining a keen eye for detail;- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders;- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.**Nice to haves**- Experience in creating and implementing successful branding and marketing strategies;- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and other web technologies to ensure seamless integration of design elements;- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Hotjar, and other website traffic analysis tools;- Sufficient knowledge of UX design principles and user-centered design approaches;- Ability to conduct user testing and gather insights to inform design iterations;- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision-making to enhance design effectiveness;- Active participation in industry events, conferences, or design communities to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements;- A passion for mentoring and coaching team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth;- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining positive relationships with clients and stakeholders.**The benefits of joining us**- **Professional growth**Accelerate your professional journey with mentorship, TechTalks, and personalized growth roadmaps- **Competitive compensation**We match your ever-growing skills, talent, and contributions with competitive USD-based compensation and budgets for education, fitness, and team activities- **A selection of exciting projects**Join projects with modern solutions development and top-tier clients that include Fortune 500 enterprises and leading product brands- **Flextime**Tailor your schedule for an optimal work-life balance, by having the options of working from home and going to the office - whatever makes you the happiest and most productive.**Job Types**: Full-time, ContractWork Location: Remote
