The APM will report to the Professional Services, Sr. Director of Delivery Excellence and will be responsible for the initiation, implementation and completion of small work orders and other projects as assigned from the field delivery leadership: The APM's responsibility is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, while meeting or exceeding stakeholder expectations while maintaining high level of utilization for billable customer work.
