We strive for excellence, and our goal is to grow as a team.Would you like to belong to a team that develops, manufactures, and markets products, solutions, and services that have a positive impact inside and outside the company, thanks to the lower use of resources and energy, representing a positive environmental solution for the maintenance of their bearings and reducing the carbon footprint of their operations?Now we are looking for an Engineer who can serve as the liaison between IT and the business, making sure to meet the expectations and demands of the business through close monitoring of ongoing projects and activities.Assist with monitoring and prioritization of IT projects to ensure that IT projects align with the technology that best provides ROI by aligning both with business and with IT strategies.Carry out effective implementation, management, and governance of projects/programs to ensure both quality service delivery and cooperation with corporate service groups to meet business requirements for all related process areas.Assist IT, Project Manager, ensuring delivery of IT infrastructure output and ensuring project delivery for support and maintenance.Ensure the coherence of the project with the policies, processes, and standards of the company. Lead progress tracking, reporting, and risk management.Help gather the scope and requirements related to the IT infrastructure portions of the project.Lead the planning of the infrastructure project when appropriate.Create and manage the communication plan and activities related to communication, providing clear messages showing the benefits of upgrading using business language.Being the person in charge of communication with the project team, business PM, steering group, and key stakeholders inside and outside the company regarding all network activities.Management of programming and communication between team members and the business.Provide clear information to the main business contacts regarding the different activities that are being carried out within the locations in the Americas.**Requirements**:What sets you apart:- A minimum of 8 to 10 or more years of relevant work experience in IT.- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience preferred (formal certification not required).- Implementation and support experience in a global environment is highly preferred.- Good knowledge of IT infrastructure.- Experience working with a very formal change control process.- Travel and Environmental Requirements.- May require travel regionally and internationally - up to 10%- Requires willingness to meet the project schedule.- Ability to communicate in non-technical and simplified language to team members who may be located in the same country or in another country anywhere in the world.- Ability to work under little supervision and be able to solve problems and give prompt and effective solutions.- Self-disciplined, with attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.- Written and verbal fluency in English**About the Company**This company is the global reference in rotative equipment while they stay at the forefront regarding technology and innovation and is represented in more than 130 countries.
