Ofrecemos soluciones integrales en reclutamiento, selección, administración de personal y consultoría, siempre con un enfoque estratégico y personalizado.**Estamos buscando un Billing Analyst**Si tienes carrera terminada, experiência en el puesto y eres bilingüe, queremos conocerte Este puesto requiere organización, atención al detalle y habilidades de comunicación para mantener una relación cercana con los clientes.**Responsabilidades**:- Realizar el **registro contable de facturas** a los clientes en tres sistemas diferentes (**EVMI, Justin y SAP**) correspondientes a las operaciones de Guadalajara.- **Dar seguimiento y priorizar** la atención de temas pendientes relacionados con los clientes, garantizando una **resolución oportuna** y el **avance continuo de los proyectos**.- Ejecutar las **actividades de cierre de mes** asignadas, asegurando precisión y cumplimiento en los plazos establecidos.**Requisitos**:- Carrera terminada en áreas afines.- Experiência previa en cuentas por cobrar como Analista.- Bilingüe (inglés-español).- Capacidad de comunicación efectiva y manejo de relaciones interpersonales.- Habilidades organizacionales y atención al detalle.- Manejo de herramientas ofimáticas y sistemas de control de materiales.- Manejo y conocimiento de ERP como SAP, Jusfin y/o Helios.**Tipo de puesto**: Tiempo completo**Ubicación**: Parque Industrial**Horario**: Lunes a Viernes de 9 a 6 pm**Sueldo**: Sueldo Fijo + Prestaciones de LeyTipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000 - 30,000 al mesPrestaciones Superiores:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensa- Fondo de Ahorro- 24 días de aguinaldo- AguinaldoEscolaridad:- Licenciatura terminada (Obligatorio)Idioma:- Ingles Avanzado (Obligatorio)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial,Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completoSueldo: $20,000.00 - $30,000.00 al mesBeneficios:- Caja de ahorro- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaLugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
