Your role will involve advanced process planning, design for manufacturability, and the integration of new technologies into the production line. You will be responsible for improving efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring product quality.**Responsibilities**:Project Management- Oversee and manage the development and execution of manufacturing projects- Create project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines- Collaborate with cross functional teams to achieve project goals- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior managementProcess Improvement- Identify areas for process improvement and develop strategies for optimization- Implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs- Conduct process audits and make recommendations for improvement- Train and mentor team members on new processes and proceduresProduction Planning- Develop and maintain production schedules- Monitor production levels and adjust as needed to meet demand- Analyze production data and make recommendations for improvements- Work with supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery of materialsQuality Control- Develop quality control standards and procedures- Monitor and analyze product quality and make recommendations for improvements- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions- Ensure compliance with industry and regulatory standardsBudget Management- Help Develop and manage manufacturing budgets- Track and report on expenses and variances- Identify cost saving opportunities and implement strategies- Work with finance teams to ensure budget adherenceTeam Leadership- Provide leadership and guidance to manufacturing team- Set goals and expectations for team members- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback- Identify and address any training or development needs for team membersSupplier Management- Identify and qualify new suppliers- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers- Monitor supplier performance and address any issues- Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materialsContinuous Improvement- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the manufacturing team- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for change- Encourage feedback and suggestions from team members- Regularly review and adjust processes to increase efficiency and productivityHigh Impact Behaviors:- Continuous Professional Development: Professionals should be committed to lifelong learning, seeking out opportunities for self-improvement, and staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.- Collaboration and Teamwork: Effective professionals understand the value of collaboration.
