Job Summary: Join micro1 as a Medical Doctor specialized in Ophthalmology to shape the future of AI in healthcare. Utilize your expertise in musculoskeletal care to collaborate with AI developers and optimize cutting-edge clinical algorithms. This remote full-time position allows you to engage in innovative projects and be at the forefront of AI-driven healthcare advancements. Key Responsibilities: Evaluate and interpret complex medical data to enhance AI training models. Communicate effectively with AI developers to optimize clinical algorithms. Collaborate on developing AI methodologies for advanced medical topics. Provide clinical insights and feedback to refine AI-based healthcare solutions. Engage in continuous learning to stay updated with the latest medical technologies and AI applications. Participate in 50 hours per month of dedicated AI training and project work. Required Skills and Qualifications: MD degree with a specialization in Ophthalmology. Minimum 3rd year residency in an Ophthalmology medical program. Expertise in medical data evaluation and clinical communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. Medical knowledge and experience in Retina and Vitreous Surgery, Cornea and External Disease, Neuro-Ophthalmology, Refractive Surgery. Commitment to 50 hours per month for AI training participation. Preferred Qualifications: Experience as a staff physician. Background in AI or medical technology innovation.
