We specialize in delivering top talent to clients nationwide and are building a high-performing team in Mexico City to support our expanding operations.**About the Role****Key Responsibilities**- Conduct initial phone/video screenings to assess qualifications and cultural fit- Meet and exceed weekly targets for resume submissions, interviews, and placements**Requirements**:- 2+ years of recruiting experience (U.S. staffing agency or BPO recruitment highly preferred)- Bilingual English/Spanish (strong written and spoken skills in both)- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, or similar sourcing tools- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet performance targets- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills- Ability to work U.S. business hours (CST) consistently**What We Offer**- Competitive base salary plus performance-based incentives- Opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing U.S. recruitment firm with career advancement potential- Training in U.S. staffing standards and access to advanced recruiting tools- Remote-first structure with plans to transition into a collaborative Mexico City office hub- A performance-driven, supportive team culture with clear growth pathwaysPay: $1.00 - $2.00 per monthWork Location: Remote
