Join us to #IgniteYourCareer **Your role at Clorox**:El propósito de la posición es Desarrollar las categorías en las que participan los productos Clorox con clientes del segmento estrategico y Desarrollo del canal IT, ejecutando con excelencia las responsabilidades básicas y Estrategia elaborada por la Gerencia Nacional de Ventas y Trade Marketing del canal IT, desarrollar clientes de su zona de ventas, administrando y ejecutando actividades con recursos TS alineado a procesos y políticas con cero desviaciones, lograr objetivos de volumen, Cartera y AMPS de forma consistente generando valor a nuestras marcas así como liderar y controlar la estrategia de precion del canal IT.**In this role, you will**:Planeacion preparación & Contactos de Visita en Campo, Planes promocionales por cuenta alineados con la estrategia de TM/ROI/SP, Plan de inversión Fondos Flexibles ROI/TS, Seguimiento a KPIs Sufficiency del Año, Elaboracion e implementación JBP cliente TOP./ Alineacion y comunicación con regionales y áreas de soporte30%Mercadeo, Responsabilidad del BA Sr. Realizar ejecutar y administrar las actividades de mercadeo por formato de negocio con el total de clientes de su zona de ventas, alineado a Objetivos AmpS para el Canal IT, implementación Perfect Store y portafolio rentable10%Negociacion: Conocimiento y manejo y dominio profundo del cliente PCZ/Presentacion de planes de crecimiento/revisión mensual/ Margenes Objetivo X cuenta/catalogación y desarrollo de Innovacion en tiempo/Ejecucion exitosa en incrementos de Precio/ comunicación e interaccion a todos níveles30%Control de Fondos Flexibles (TS), es necesario que el BA diseñe,planee y ejecute actividades alineado al GUIDELINE de precios del canal, respetando el procesos y política de TS vigente/se asegura de obtener un ROI positivo en cada una de sus actividades promocionales10%Registros, Controles & Análisis, deberá generar una administración adecuada de la información/FileFcst/Scorecard/SISO/indicadores/ISCAM/BudgetAnual/Cartera/considerando para ello la actualización de información y KPIS que permitan una lectura clara del desempeño de cuentas a total zona de ventas con enfoque en el detalle.20%**What we look for**:**_COMPETENCIAS:- ****TECNICAS**- Experiência y conocimiento en productos de consumo y canal de mayoreo.- Conocimientos básicos para interpretar reportes Nielsen e ISCAM- Conocimiento de AmpS.- Dominio y conociemiento del canal IT y clientes TOP- Conocimiento de paquetería Windows, SAP.- Conocimientos básicos administración y Finanzas.**DESARROLLO PERSONAL**:- Liderazgo e influencia.- Análisis y toma de decisiones.- Relaciones interpersonales.- Comunicación.- Planeación.- Adaptación y flexibilidad.- Motivación y compromiso.- Conocimiento técnico y operativo del área.- Conocimientos de Microsoft Office.- Disponibilidad para viajar.- Amplia capacidad de negociación y facilidad de palabra.- Orientado a resultados.**We seek out and celebrate diverse backgrounds and experiences, and we know you don’t need a degree to succeed.
