We help our clients to imagine, design, engineer and deliver business-defining software and digital experiences whether they’re looking for a fully managed team, scalable workforce, or individual engineers.**About the position**:The Human Resources Manager has primary responsibility for employee benefits administration, coordinating the day-to-day office operations (employment, employee relations, HRIS). Provides guidance to management, analyzes HR metrics, resolves employee relations issues, and suggests HR strategies aligned with business goals.**Responsibilities**:- Work closely with line management to provide daily HR guidance in working relationships, increase productivity and retention.- Continuous review of organizational structure to be align to business needs- Track and analyze metrics of HR department to address business decisions- Responsible of completion of day-to-day people process (hiring, on boarding, off boarding, payroll, time off, bench,etc)- Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives- Conduct employee onboarding and orientation and ensure processes are being conducted using Distillery’s resources and materials.- Maintain a close approach and open communication within the people inside Distillery to keep track of work environment- Manages the relationship with vendors and brokers (Benefits, accounting, etc.)- Ensure administration of company policies and procedures, practices and principles relating to employee relations and risk management; counsel and advise management and recommend approaches to resolve problems.- Handle employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution- Ensure the organization’s compliance with local, state, and federal regulations- Implement and follow up global performance management process- Promote engagement and culture initiatives in alignment with business strategy (events, communication forums, etc.)**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree required.- At least 5-7 years’ experience in a similar role- Excellent communications skills - written, verbal and interpersonal- Empathetic and engaging individual, who listens well, is responsive, solutions focused, and results oriented.**Why You’ll Like Working Here**:- The ability to work on and partner with multi-national teams that are committed to our core values: Unyielding Commitment, Relentless Pursuit, Courageous Ambition, and Authentic Connection- A competitive compensation package for exceptional performers and a generous vacation package and benefits plan- Hybrid work environment- Professional and personal development- Collaborative teaming
