We are trusted advisors, and we empower our teams to reach their goals- Develops people strategy considering the organization’s strengths and weaknesses- Influences business outcomes as a trusted advisor to deliver sustainable integrated solutions and safeworking environment- Translates and implements our talent-led strategies into plans to hire, develop, and engage our employees- Supports and implements CoE led initiatives and opportunities- Build HR KPI´s to take decisions accurate and identified opportunities for business units**What We’re Looking For**:- Bachelor’s degree on Economic-Administrative- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or similar roles- Demonstrates adaptability and focus in the face of ambiguity and complexity- Demonstrates leadership courage and communicates with impact- Strong collaborative skills and Influence others- Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.- Results-oriented and customer-focused.**What It’s Like to Work Here**We are a purpose driven company aiming to empower the next generation to explore the wonder of childhood and reach their full potential.
